WallDash does not require you to create an account or directly provide your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photographs, or precise location.

Game progress and preferences may be stored locally on your device. This locally stored information is not sent directly to WaddleForge Games.

The Game uses Google AdMob and the Google Mobile Ads SDK to display advertisements. These services may automatically collect or process information such as:

• IP address, which may be used to estimate general location
• Device and advertising identifiers
• App interactions, including app launches, taps, ad views, and video views
• Advertising information, including advertisements shown to you
• Diagnostic and performance information, including crash-related data, loading time, and technical errors

You can reopen the consent controls through the "Privacy and cookie settings" option provided inside the Game where required.

5. REWARDED ADVERTISEMENTS

WallDash may offer optional rewarded advertisements. These advertisements are shown only after you choose to watch them in exchange for an in-game benefit, such as continuing a run or receiving increased rewards.

The in-game benefit is granted only after the advertising service confirms that the rewarded advertisement was completed.

6. DATA SHARING

Information processed by the Google Mobile Ads SDK may be shared with Google and participating advertising partners for advertising, analytics, fraud prevention, security, and legal compliance.

We do not directly disclose personal information to third parties except through the integrated services described in this Privacy Policy or where required by law.

7. DATA RETENTION

WaddleForge Games does not maintain its own server-based user account or advertising profile database for WallDash.

Google and its advertising partners may retain information according to their own retention policies, privacy policies, and legal obligations.

Locally stored game progress and preferences remain on your device until you clear the Game's data or uninstall the Game.

8. DATA SECURITY

Information transmitted by integrated services is protected using reasonable technical and organizational security measures. However, no electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

9. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

WallDash is intended for a general audience and is not specifically directed to children under the age of 13.

We do not knowingly request children to directly provide personal information. If you believe that a child has provided personal information directly to us, contact us so that we can review the matter.

Parents and guardians should supervise children's use of applications and advertising services.

10. YOUR RIGHTS

Depending on your country or region, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or withdraw consent for certain processing.

Because WaddleForge Games does not operate user accounts or maintain a directly identifiable user database for WallDash, we may not hold information that allows us to identify you personally.
